PRESIDENT’S WELCOME
Fall 2026 Recruitment
What unites us isn't where we come from — it's our curiosity, our adaptability, and our fellowship.
On behalf of the Zeta Chapter, I'd like to welcome you to the official website of Phi Chi Theta at Boston University. Explore our pages, connect with members over coffee chats, and learn about our chapter's story and the people who make up this community.
Our chapter is made up of passionate, driven individuals who build a culture of brotherhood, growth, and success. We come from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and places across the globe, united by a shared pursuit of personal growth and greatness. Together, we leverage our combined expertise across business, technology, communications, and beyond to create an environment that pushes every brother forward, both personally and professionally.
As a Business and Psychology major, my early focus was on soft skills and self-discovery, with fewer chances to develop the technical fluency that many professional paths demand. Phi Chi Theta helped bridge that gap, giving me opportunities to build editing, data, and coding skills while exposing me to career paths and perspectives I never would have found on my own.
Beyond that, PCT has supported my development through big/little mentorship, professional guidance, and opportunities like case competitions and office visits. Most of all, it surrounded me with motivated, hard-working people who pursue excellence across every kind of industry — and being among them has pushed me to challenge myself and aim higher.
Through shared experiences and interests, we've built a support system that reaches far beyond our chapter and our years at BU. From finance and tech to filmmaking and STEM, our alumni network spans industries and cities, offering our brothers invaluable mentorship and resources as they navigate their academic and professional journeys.
I am proud of everything our members accomplish, and of the humility they carry while doing it. Joining this fraternity has been one of the best decisions of my life — I've found mentors, roommates, and lifelong friends who have shaped my time in college. And as proud as I am of where we stand, I'm even more excited about where we're headed.
Thank you for your interest in Phi Chi Theta. I invite you to explore our website to learn more about our chapter, our events, and how you can become part of this community. If you have any questions, reach out at pct.bostonu@gmail.com or on social media.
Fortune favors the brave,

ZETA CHAPTER HISTORY
The Brotherhood Revitalized
Phi Chi Theta is a national co-educational business fraternity founded on June 16, 1924 in Chicago, Illinois. Founded by six women, Phi Chi Theta was formed from the merging of two competing business fraternities, Phi Theta Kappa and Phi Kappa Epsilon. With over 20,000 members and alumni across the country, Phi Chi Theta continues to expand. Phi Chi Theta is a member of and affiliated with the American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the Professional Fraternity Association (PFA), and the College Fraternity Editors Association (CFEA).
As one of the eight original founding chapters of the national fraternity, Phi Chi Theta Zeta was originally chartered at Boston University in the 1920s. After disbanding in the 1970s, a team of 11 students met in 2014 with the mission of reactivating the local founding chapter. Today, Phi Chi Theta Zeta has over 60 members, all with the mission of leveraging their professional careers to provide positive social change to the world around them. Open to all majors and minors, Phi Chi Theta is leading the way for innovative and forward-minded students to come together to develop their professional interests. With an emphasis on technology, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility, Phi Chi Theta is a unique addition to the professional fraternity scene on campus.
